Operations Manager (M/F)

Your role:
Oversee, organize, plan, and monitor production to achieve defined objectives.
Contribute to improving production processes to enhance productivity and ensure
product compliance in a safe environment.
You will be responsible for managing the entire production process from procurement to
the shipment of finished products, ensuring proper allocation of resources while
respecting hygiene, safety, and occupational health standards.

Industrial Operations Management

• Supervise operational processes to ensure their efficiency
• Optimize resources, costs, and production lead times
• Implement performance monitoring systems (KPIs)
• Adapt to unexpected orders and technical issues
• Manage inventory, methods/scheduling, and continuous improvement overall

Project Management

• Plan production with the workshop manager
• Monitor daily production versus forecasts and make adjustments
• Manage risks and resources, ensuring deadlines and budget are met
• Report production activities to management

Team Management

• Manage teams (technical, production, engineering office, etc.)
• Participate in group meetings related to production
• Ensure activity reporting
• Evaluate team performance through interviews

Communication

• Ensure communication with various departments (Management, R&D, Sales,Workshop)
• Establish a link with the workshop for monitoring and management
• Act as the group’s point of contact for production reporting
• Coordinate planning with the sales department

Desired Profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, production management, industrial management, or similar
• 5 to 10 years of experience as an Operations Manager or in industrialization, with a strong focus on production process optimization
• Proficiency in SAP ERP preferred
• English required
• Mandatory experience in production management
• Technical knowledge in industrial mechanics

Personal Qualities

• Act as the General Manager’s key relay on site
• Ability to quickly solve problems by optimizing resources and ensuring quality
• Strong leadership to manage production projects and teams (Engineering Office and Workshop)
